WhileShirt and Simple is a free service, your group will still be orderingproducts from an established company in your area. A great deal of timeand effort is put into finding a local shirt printer that is the bestpossible mix between high quality, great service, and affordableprices. As an event organizer we ask that you familiarize yourself withour organizer terms and conditions before continuing. This documentwill also answer many questions you might have and point you to othersources of information. Please read the statements below and then clickagree to continue.

  1. Everyunique group order requires setup, design, and preparation by the shirtcompany in your area. Shirt and Simple has designed this site to ensurethat this setup cost is no extra charge to you provided your group hasa minimum of 20 products ordered by the end of your ordering period. Ifyour group does not meet this requirement, you will be charged aportion of this setup fee. If you think that your group will have fewerthan 20 orders placed, you are welcome to choose to compensate forthese fees by increasing the amount of the price of your product (donein step three of the page setup process). In this sense, you candisperse the 'extra setup fee' charge evenly among your small group.These allocated amounts are outlined below in relation to the finalnumber of shirt orders placed per event and organizers will be promptedand required to pay for any of these charges due at the time of productpickup

  1. * Please be aware that for bar crawls, some bars may not recognize groups of under 20 members as legitimate bar crawls.
  2. Ifan organizer chooses to increase the base price of the product offeredon his or her event page and fails to meet the 20 order minimum, theappropriate extra charges described in condition (1) will be deductedout of the organizer profit as specified in the 3rd step of thisprocess.
  3. Once the organizer agrees to theterms and conditions, the page becomes live and an 'intent to order' issent to the shirt company. This simply means that the event organizeris serious about placing an order and the shirt company can begin toprepare for that event.
  4. Organizers may notcancel orders once they have been made on the site, but may terminatethe ability to place orders on their page at any given time by changingthe preferred pickup date (see FAQ or Organizers Toolkit for moreinformation).
  5. Organizers are responsiblefor both submitting a design to the shirt company and approving thefinal design of their product by the end of the event order period. Forinformation about submitting and approving designs, please see theOrganizer's Toolkit.
  6. Organizers may notchange the physical specs (product type, number of colors, extras,number of screens, etc) of event/group products once the group page hasbeen created. This is to ensure that all individuals placing orders forthe event are paying for and ordering the same product. Organizers maychange shirt design, event info, and pickup times to some degree (thisinformation will be available in the 'Update Existing Event Page' areaof the site.
  7. Organizers must pick up theirgroup orders at their local shirt company and bring their order receiptas proof of purchase to be shown at time of pickup). If event organizerisn't designated pickup person, please alert shirt company before timeof pickup.
  8. Events must be started at least 7 business days before the allocated pickup date.
  9. Orders placed with invalid credit cards will not be recorded or counted as valid purchases.
  10. Organizers are responsible for distributing product to individuals (see distribution and shipping in the organizers toolkit)
  11. Paymentsfor orders do not signify that any tangible product will be deliveredby Shirt and Simple to the orderee. Orders will be picked up by grouporganizer and it is up to the organizer as to how, when, where, and ifthe product is distributed.
  12. Shirt andSimple is purely a collection service to make it easier for members ofgroups and events to pool together monies and place a discounted grouporder. While quality, service, and reliability are criteria we use inselecting our shirt company partners, all aspects regarding the shirtcompany in your area are in no way controlled by Shirt and Simple.Shirt and Simple assumes no responsibility for the actions of theactual shirt companies (see help section for assistance in this area if needed).
  13. Asmall percentage of any organizer commission added to an order will bededucted from your total to cover process and handeling fees. Thispercentage will always be less than 3% of your total order.
